The event brought together a global network of innovators from prestigious institutions like the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability, the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship, and Breakthrough Energy.
The day's program highlighted the vital role of global collaboration. Ashley Grosh from Breakthrough Energy and Professor William Chueh from Stanford delivered keynote speeches on leveraging global ecosystems to build climate ventures. Ashley Grosh emphasized, “The ecosystem is like an engine—partnerships and resource sharing drive it.”
A key highlight was the TUM Climate Ventures (TCV) course, which empowers students and scientists to transform breakthrough technologies into climate-focused startups. The participants presented their innovative solutions to an expert jury. The top honor went to Valoron, a team praised for their solution's "great potential to fill a pressing industry gap."
